In November 2009 the BNI Northwest Gala Awards wereheld. Nominations for the awards were decided by BNI Directors based on reputation for quality and standards and the vote was from the general public and business community.

Five companies were shortlisted and The PC Support Group was awarded 'Best Technology Service'.

This award was particularly special as the majority of the votes were cast by our existing customers.

In October 2009 The PC Support Group was Highly Commended in the National Customer Service Awards 2009.

The National Customer Service Awards celebrate the effort and impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business.

Businesses from any industry can enter so it was a huge honour to gain recognition for the computer support industry, an area not exactly renowned for great customer service.

The award in which The PC Support Group was praised recognised where technology has directly improved customer service delivery, provides real business benefits and shows system adoption across the entire customer service function.

In October 2008 The PC Support Group was recognised as a provider of first class IT support for small businesses by being shortlisted in the prestigious Channel Network Awards.

The Channel Network Awards are regarded as the Oscars of the IT Industry. The Awards have developed an undisputed reputation which is why being nominated is a huge accolade in itself.

The PC Support Group was one of only four companies shortlisted in the hotly contested SME IT Solution category.

The awards were judged on dedication to a customer, impact on customer's business and good business practices such as:

• Clear communications
• Understanding of customer issues
• Good response to enquiries, questions and issues
• Competitive client offerings
• Successful configuration, installation and ongoing service

In January 2008 The PC Support Group was named in the MSPmentor 100, a distinguished list of the world’s most progressive IT managed service providers.

The PC Support Group are one of the first companies to be bring corporate quality support to small businesses and home users.

The PC Support Group was one of only two companies in the UK to be recognised in the list.
