Top 250 Global MSP Executives – MSP Mentor (Sept 2012)
Philip Bird, the Managing Director of The PC Support Group, has been recognised as one of the top managed service provider (MSP) executives in the world today in a new survey by US based MSP Mentor.
The survey conducted throughout May to July this year by Nine Lives Media (which operates MSP Mentor) identified the top 250 experts, entrepreneurs and executives from across the globe within the IT managed service provider industry.
‘Most Loved’ IT Support Company In The UK (Feb 2012)
The PC Support Group have topped a poll by the website www.thebestof.co.uk to be crowned as ‘The most loved Computer Services and IT Support’ company in Britain.
The poll which was carried out between the 1st-14th February asked businesses and individuals to vote for their favourite companies. The PC Support Group came out top in ‘the most loved Computer Services and IT Support’ category as well as being one of the top 30 loved companies in Britain across all the categories.
Top 50 IT Service Provider in EMEA – MSP Mentor (Feb 2012)
The PC Support Group has been named as one of the top 50 managed IT service providers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Nine Lives Media and MSPmentor, who compile the rankings, congratulated The PC Support Group for its leadership position within the EMEA market. Amy Katz, president of Nine Lives Media said; “While many IT resellers across EMEA cling to break-fix business models, the EMEA 50 list identifies true market leaders among IT service providers.”

BNI Best Technology Service Award (Nov 2009)
In November 2009 the BNI Northwest Gala Awards wereheld. Nominations for the awards were decided by BNI Directors based on reputation for quality and standards and the vote was from the general public and business community.
Five companies were shortlisted and The PC Support Group was awarded ‘Best Technology Service’.
This award was particularly special as the majority of the votes were cast by our existing customers.
National Customer Service Awards (Oct 2009)
In October 2009 The PC Support Group was Highly Commended in the National Customer Service Awards 2009.
The National Customer Service Awards celebrate the effort and impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business.
Businesses from any industry can enter so it was a huge honour to gain recognition for the computer support industry, an area not exactly renowned for great customer service.
The award in which The PC Support Group was praised recognised where technology has directly improved customer service delivery, provides real business benefits and shows system adoption across the entire customer service function.
Best SME IT Solution – Channel Network Awards (Oct 2008)
In October 2008 The PC Support Group was recognised as a provider of first class IT support for small businesses by being shortlisted in the prestigious Channel Network Awards.
The Channel Network Awards are regarded as the Oscars of the IT Industry. The Awards have developed an undisputed reputation which is why being nominated is a huge accolade in itself.
