New Support Manager at Head Office

Despite the current difficult climate The PC Support Group continues to prove that there’s opportunities for businesses that provide a great service.

Their continued expansion has lead to the addition of a new IT Support Manager at their head office in Liverpool.

Bill Hayman joins the group after over 20 years in the IT industry including a number of years contracting and latterly running his own computer support business.

Bill said “From the moment I came across The PC Support Group I knew that they were the sort of company I wanted to work with; a great focus on customer care and utlising the latest support technology. I’m pleased to be able to bring my additional experience to the staff at head office and the Regional Directors around the country.”
