PC Support Group team

The PC Support Group recently welcomed Regional Directors to their annual Directors day at the company’s Head Office in Liverpool.

The day gave an opportunity to connect with colleagues across the country, share best practices and success stories.

The annual event began with opening remarks from Phil Bird, Managing Director of The PC Support Group, who provided highlights and an overview of the last 12 months and plans for the upcoming year.

The day also featured a series of small group breakout sessions and presentations by guest speakers on marketing, delivering five star customer service and finance.

“Despite the harsh economic climate, the company has grown significantly over the last few years and we have ambitious plans for continued growth. Our Directors day provided a valuable opportunity for our Directors across the country to come together and update on the business and exchange ideas” said Phil. “As a company, it’s important to have these forums to focus on both professional and personal growth, and we were pleased to see an enthusiastic response to the event from our Directors. The PC SZEN Gold Partnerupport Group has been awarded Gold Partner status with Zen Internet.

The broadband connection is one of the key areas of any company’s IT infrastructure as it is the gateway to an ever growing list of business critical functionality including email,
access to web sites, social networking and cloud based applications. Without an internet connection most businesses can barely continue to operate.

It is for this reason that The PC Support Group has partnered with Zen for a number of years. Zen has been awarded nine ‘Which? Best Buy’ awards in 6 years for its broadband service in addition to being voted Best Broadband ISP at the PC Pro Awards for the past 6 years.

Simon Albert, Operations Director at The PC Support Group says “We partner with Zen in order to ensure a high level of customer service and quality service provision for our customers. The number of technical issues we get from their internet services is minimal compared to other providers we’ve worked with and if there is a problem we are able to work closely with them to resolve it quickly.”

He added, “Zen always work to ensure that customer solutions are achieved as efficiently as possible and to the highest possible standards. We’re delighted to have achieved Gold Partner status and look forward to working with Zen to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction over many years to come.”
