When we approached the PC support group we were having real problems with the speed of our IT, a problem that had reared its head a number of times over the 10 years we’d been in business. The majority of our clients are multinationals, and working across time zones we need to be ‘always on’. We have over 15,000 people subscribed to our online products and our IT provides a key role in delivering those products every week. But our IT problems had resulted in downtime, unproductivity and frustrations within our team, costing money and making it more difficult to deliver the service levels we pride ourselves on. Previous IT companies had been unable to solve the problem, and often suggested (usually expensive) solutions that seemed overly complicated.
