The PC Support Group understand our Business requirements and provide us with professional staff that know our business and provide great support.

We use The PC Support Group to cover for planned absence of our internal staff. At times, as they have a few staff trained on our site, they have also been able to cover for last-minute unplanned absence.

We also use PC Support Group occasionally to supplement our internal capabilities when we’re busy managing other projects. Again, their staff have built a rapport with our IT team and our business and are able to continue service without problem.

Their management team are close enough to the coal-face to understand the customer needs and ensure they’re met. They’re big enough to provide great service, but small enough to pay great attention to detail. The directors are happy to make themselves available for any important discussions directly. There’s never bureaucracy, politics, glue or a big organisation to struggle with.

On the rare occasions when we noted room for improvement or change, we’ve been happy to share these points with the team at PCSG and they have listened and adapted instantly.
