Before coming into contact with The PC Support Group I had 12 in house IT people; I am now getting better support and saving about £1000 a month! I am very happy with the service provided by The PC Support Group. It’s a great help know someone can sort out little niggly problems immediately at a reasonable price. The engineers are very helpful and don’t make me feel stupid for calling them for what I see as a small problem.

When I had in house IT people I always felt I was disturbing them and didn’t feel I could go to them as readily as I can with The PC Support Group. I now have peace of mind knowing that I can just email, call or message someone who will just sort out my IT problems without hesitation.

The fact that most IT problems can be sorted remotely is a blessing as it saves a lot of management time. As well as this they are available after 5PM which is fantastic when I am working late.
Overall I find The PC Support Group service flexible and friendly. I am a staunch supporter and am happy to put their details on our website to introduce them to other entrepreneurs who could do with a service like this!
