Not only is the team always happy to go out of their way to help, but their level of technical expertise is far greater than our previous suppliers ; in fact it seems to take your people about half the time to resolve our issues, saving me hours and hours of valuable business time.

As you know, we used a local supplier beforehand (mainly because they were nice and cheap ), however the decision to use The PC Support Group has been a really good move. Not only is the team always happy to go out of their way to help, but their level of technical expertise is far greater than our previous suppliers ; in fact it seems to take your people about half the time to resolve our issues, saving me hours and hours of valuable business time. Not only that, but our previous suppliers charged us on an hourly basis as well, meaning that although their headline rate was less expensive, they were taking twice as long, so the real cost often worked out more ).

Of course, the other benefit of dealing with The PC Support Group is that I no longer get that sinking feeling when our PCs crash, as I know that help is only a short phone call away.
