I can’t recommend The PC Support Group highly enough in terms of quality of service and excellent customer satisfaction. In future I will save my stress and phone The PC Support Group.

I recently had a problem with my broadband. Having tried to resolve the problem myself by phoning my internet provider I became increasingly frustrated with the amount of conflicting advice I was receiving.

After numerous calls I was utterly exasperated as I was no closer to resolving the problem. I called The PC support group and their calm reassurance defused my stress immediately. They were able to liaise with the call centre staff go through all the steps to prove that the problem was at their end and not mine as previously advised. My problem was quickly and easily resolved from that point and I was soon up and running again.

I can’t recommend The PC Support Group highly enough in terms of quality of service and excellent customer satisfaction. In future I will save my stress and phone The PC support groups as soon as it looks as if my initial attempts at resolving any problems fail.
